Packaging
All orders are dispatched in Australia Post packaging. However, as we love the earth, we will also try to reuse packing materials where possible rather than throwing them away. So, at times, your parcel may not be the prettiest parcel to receive.

Delivery Times
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to Australia Post time-frames. Delivery delays may be experienced due to Australia Post Peak Times.

Returns
GripnRip Club accepts returns 14 days from purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. For ‘Change of Mind’ returns, buyers must pay return postage.
